When I first moved here from California I fell in love with the town of central and realized there were no healthy options to fuel up. Especially coming from a place where healthy food was on every corner, I wanted to create Carolina’s Juice Bar as a way of bringing healthy juice options to students and other locals that enjoy the healthy lifestyle or wanting to start their journey.

Growing up in Central, I just want to be able to provide a healthy lifestyle to the town I grew up in. Central and the surrounding areas have a special place in my heart so this means the world to me.  I  grew up playing sports all my life and understand the importance of proper nutrition to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I hated having to drive all the way to Greenville to get nutritious meals!
